Though our judges are fair and always try their best to make the right decision, it is very important to keep in mind that they can only judge from the information that is provided to them.  If you have not been able to communicate the key points to the judge, the judge may not be able to fully understand your side of the story.  Often times, emotions can get in the way of fighting for the most important people in your life.  As a parent of two beautiful children, Ms. Chan understands why her clients feel the way they do.  It is this understanding and passion that allows her to advocate for her clients’ rights and in the best interests of the children.
